Reinforcement fabrication facility
Our bar reinforcement fabrication facility combines technology, engineering and automation to provide complete solutions, from interpreting the designs through to delivery to site.
From design interpretation to production
We work from the client’s designs, ensuring correct technical interpretation and alignment with the applicable standards. This guarantees precision, reduces errors and optimises steel use from the outset.
BIM modelling
All production is modelled in BIM beforehand, allowing each bar and reinforcement assembly to be detailed and providing full traceability from the model through to installation.
Detailing and placing drawings
From the BIM model we develop detailed bar bending schedules and placing drawings, giving complete clarity for production and for installation on site.
Automated production
Production is carried out on automated industrial cutting and bending machines, ensuring high productivity, dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
Prefabrication of reinforcement cages
We pre-assemble reinforcement cages in the factory, ensuring quality and dimensional control while significantly reducing construction time on site.
Logistics and transport to site
Reinforcement is organised, labelled and transported directly to site, ensuring efficient integration with the client’s programme and reduced waste.
